Krump Corp Return Policy

Our Goal: We strive to provide an excellent shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Timeframe:

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We cannot accept returns of final sale items.

Return Process:

Contact Customer Support: We recommend contacting our customer support team at returns@krump.app to let us know about your return and provide your order details. This helps us track and process it more efficiently.

Repackage Your Item: Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging (if possible). Include your order number or a note with your contact details inside the package.

Ship Your Item:

Ship the package to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original method of payment. This may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

If requesting an exchange, we'll ship the new item as soon as the original is received.

Exceptions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
